- This offer is available to any new resident that settles on a Lifetime Site Agreement for a new house in the Rotorua Lakes Village, and takes occupancy, prior to July 31, 2024
- This offer does not apply to anyone that has signed an application for Freedom Villages house prior to March 10, 2024, or to existing residents transferring from another Freedom Villages house
- This offer relates to the payment of an equivalent amount of one year’s standard “weekly occupancy fees’ as detailed in the Lifetime Site Agreement upon the settlement and occupancy of a new house in the Rotorua Lakes Village
- Offer is applicable only on selected and specific stock houses; and
- Settlement and occupancy must take place on or before 31 July, 2024
